Ensure finalized documents and forms are saved accordingly. + Assist with pulling, collecting, and reporting on survey data to support HR initiatives and college area ad hoc and recurring requests. + Enter and maintain data in systems such as Human Capital Management, Taleo, and SharePoint to facilitate CU Nursing HR recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. + Audit and update all relevant human resources information on the CU Nursing Intranet and associated websites. + Maintain personnel files of current and past CU Nursing employees, in accordance with campus and college standards. + Share FML/CU FAMIL information with employees and supervisors as needed. Verify that required rows/submissions in HCM related to leave processes, including FML/CU FAMLI, have been entered by the CU Central Leave Team, and follow up with the CU Central Leave Team on any needed rows or questions related to college employees. + Develop and maintain knowledge of Federal, State, University, and College HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. + Orient and guide college faculty and staff on CU Nursing general HR processes, including the payroll and funding form, position initiation form, etc. + Assist the CU Nursing HR & Payroll Senior Professional and the Director of HR with special projects and other duties as assigned. + Collaborate with the Director of HR and Assistant Director of HR to track and organize employee relations documentation. + Provide feedback on CU Nursing HR processes with an eye on continuous improvement. + Support the Director of HR in employee training and organizational development initiatives for staff and faculty. + Provide backup support for recruitment activities when the HR Recruitment Generalist is out of the office, ensuring continuity of hiring processes and compliance with established procedures, including monitoring recruitment inquiries, assisting with candidate communication and interview scheduling, verifying search committee compliance, and supporting reference checks and salary approvals as needed.
