Job Summary As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Supports the Innovairre mission, vision, and values throughout the organization. Work s closely with global teams to facilitate shared services, organization, consistency, and ongoing training.
