  • HR Global Mobility Analyst - Contractor

    This is a contract position providing services to Nestlé in the USA through a third-party staffing services organization. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of a third-party staffing partner and not Nestlé in the USA. THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTINGENT ROLE. MUST COMMUTE TO THE ARLINGTON, VA SITE TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS, WORK FROM HOME MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS. The Global Mobility (GM) Analyst will provide day-to-day support to the US Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation department on transfer data and projects This includes data entry into various systems, preparation of payroll documents, and support on departmental projects. The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25-27/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-day transactions such as set up of employee files and initiation of vendor services Address questions from international transfers and vendors and escalate issues when necessary Support major GM projects (salary revision, bonus, home leave, year-end, etc.) Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation (loans and W4s) Maintain various tracking reports in Excel Prepare drafts of transfer documents such as offer letter, employment verification letter, etc. Enter international transfer information into different databases Pull and analyze reports upon request and at scheduled intervals Participate in internal audits Ensure high data quality and consistency Schedule meetings, book rooms, order catering, etc. SKILLS: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Previous experience with SAP HR preferred Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Communication skills, written and verbal Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Ability to take direction from multiple sources Comfortable interacting with all levels of management Must be able to do highly transactional/data entry work REQUIRMENTS: High School Diploma Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of Customer Service or Human Resources experience required Please note this contract position provides services to Nestlé in the USA on a temporary basis in connection with a specific assignment. Contractors in this position are hired and employed through Nestlé's third-party staffing partner.
