What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field/equivalent experience.
3+ years of progressive HR experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:

In this role, you will be an integral part in driving the day-to-day HR function forward, contributing to the implementation of key HR strategies and acting as an employee champion and change agent across Norstella.
The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day HR function that supports and provides services to employees, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, reporting needs, learning and development and general employee questions.
