Leidos is actively hiring for a TS/SCI cleared Human Geography (HG) Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO.
The successful candidate perform human geography production and provide a broad array of Human Geography products to customers who rely on the accurate and timely delivery of products to support policy decisions and mission planning and execution. They will leverage their knowledge and experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and related geospatial production techniques, socio-cultural and regional analysis, remote sensing, and digital data formats to extract relevant information and develop geospatial intelligence reports and products to support the customer.
Primary Duties to include:
Support operations to the GEOINT enterprise, National System for Geospatial Intelligence Operations Executive (NOX) levied requirements and formal requests (RFI's) for geospatial data.
Utilize an understanding of geography, research, GIS, and data conflation and management skills to produce a broad array of human geography products including attributed data, maps, including written reports.
HG projects and products may include research, discovery, evaluation, extraction, creation, geo-enabling, quality control/review, metadata attribution, source citation, service enabling and dissemination.
Enabling activities in support of Human Geography production (i.e. writing SOPs and how to guides, training coworkers, etc.)
Conduct production phases to support HG products and projects via activities that may include research, discovery, evaluation, extraction , creation, geo-enabling, quality control/review, metadata attribution, source citation, and service enabling and dissemination.
Participate in technical exchanges with customers, partners and colleagues onsite and virtually around the globe to ensure production standardization to feature extraction/attribution and HG production.
Ensure a current and accurate International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR) exemption is in effect for all requested support involving partner interaction.
Basic (required) Qualifications.
Active TS/SCI or eligibility and willingness to obtain a POLY is REQUIRED to be considered.
5 or more years' experience as an HG Analyst or relevant field, to include 1-3 years of demonstrated experience supporting DOD or the IC's GEOINT Mission.
Knowledge of Human Geography concepts.
Experience in the research, discovery and extraction of geospatial and non-geospatial information.
Experience in imagery research, extraction and attribution.
Proficiency in use of fundamental ArcGIS Pro software tools in the creation, attribution, schema development and utilization, management, and geo-referencing of data.
Experience in geo-enabling non-spatial data.
Demonstrated experience to communicate GEOINT products, data, and services to peers and leadership.
Desired Qualifications.
BA/BS Degree preferred in Human Geography or GIS, or a related field. Degree may count toward required experience requirements.
Knowledge of the regional, cultural and political geography of the region assigned.
Experience in using established cartographic principles, geo-referencing, and naming conventions/Romanization in the creation of geo-spatial products.
Experience in creating and publishing GEOINT products.
Working knowledge of at least one of the foreign languages of the assigned region.
Experience producing data and products to customer standards.
Experience with open source data harvest, process automation and scripting.
Experience with data management, schema development, and data conflation.
Experience with Google Earth Engine (GEE).
Proficiency in Basic Python Scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing gameday entertainment activities, including timeout promotions, halftime shows, and fan engagement segments.

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs for faculty and staff at the Howard Community College to effectively utilize the college's ERP system. This position works within the Information Technology department to help functional area end-users understand system functionality, features, and best practices, enabling them to perform their roles efficiently and accurately.
Essential Role Responsibilities
Training Development and Delivery
* Design, develop, and update training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and presentations, tailored to the needs of various user groups.
* Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for faculty and staff on ERP system modules (e.g., student information, HR, finance, etc.).
* Facilitate hands-on workshops to enhance end-user familiarity with the system.
* Manage ERP training module access through partnership with user Director of AIS and department leadership
* Development and maintain user learning plans by department and role through collaboration with user department leadership.
Needs Assessment
* Collaborate with college departments to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
* Conduct skill gap analyses to align training materials with users' knowledge levels.
Technical Support
* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the ERP system to answer user inquiries and troubleshoot system-related issues.
* Partner with the Technology Service Center to resolve user challenges during and after training. Communicate planned and unplanned changes with Technology Service Center.
System Updates and Communication
* Stay updated on ERP system changes and upgrades, ensuring training materials reflect the latest functionality. Attend regional and national conferences to maintain this currency.
* Communicate system updates, tips, and best practices to end-users regularly. Develop and maintain online materials for this communciation.
Documentation and Reporting
* Maintain comprehensive training records, including attendance, progress, and feedback. Work closely with HumanResources to develop these trainings within the college's Professional Development program.
* Provide reports to IT leadership on training effectiveness and user proficiency levels.
Collaboration
* Work closely with the ERP vendor to understand system functionality and incorporate best practices into training.
* Collaborate with other IT staff and college stakeholders for seamless system implementation of new software and infrastructure.

* Bachelor's degree in technical or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.

The PSI Regional Office in Kenya provides strategic global leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight to multiple country programs across the region and globally. To support our complex portfolio, we seek an Associate, HumanResources professional to join our team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, onboarding, and HR reporting. The Associate HR will work closely with the global and HR Network teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and people-centered HR services that enable staff to perform at their best in support of PSI's mission.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment processes of staff, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and local legal requirements of the assign office(s). Facilitate onboarding of staff, including orientation on employment terms, code of conduct, and entitlements under the assigned office(s).
Employee Relations & HR Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records for the assigned office(s), ensuring confidentiality. Support the interpretation and application of HR policies in the context of the assigned office(s). Provide guidance on employee benefits, including health coverage, leave entitlements, and retirement schemes. Act as a contact point between staff and HR management for general queries.
Compliance & Contract Management: Prepare and administer employment contracts, ensuring consistency with the assigned office(s) and local labor regulations. Monitor probation, contract renewals, and terminations in line with organizational policy, local labor laws, and office(s)' obligations.
Payroll & Benefits: Support the preparation of payroll data for staff under the assigned office(s). Ensure accurate deductions, reporting, and compliance with statutory obligations. Assist in administering benefits (medical, insurance, retirement) as per organizational policy and provisions.
Learning & Development: Coordinate staff training and development initiatives for the assigned office(s). Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a related field.
At least 3 years of related experience. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
Working knowledge of HR operational functions and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and timeliness. Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Working knowledge of HRIS-based software, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems (Meridian, Unit 4, iCIMS). Able to pick up new technologies and systems quickly.
Able to maintain complete confidentiality for sensitive issues and information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to think creatively and approach tasks or problems in a new or different way.
Excellent collaboration, customer service, relationship building/management and consensus building skills. Able to respond calmly and confidently in any situation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience working with international staff or within Host Country Agreement frameworks, preferred.

Salary Ranges:*
PSI is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows PSI to attract and retain employees, while staying cost-competitive.
Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.
PSI is offering the following gross annual salary ranges for this position:
• For Kenya Regional Office (paid in USD): $19,000 (minimum) - $27,000 (midpoint) -$35,000 (maximum)
*Please note that those hired at the Kenya Regional Office will be employed through the local PSI office. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with the role and practices of the local office. Details will be provided during interview process.
