Conduct exit interviews of staff leaving agency in assigned region
Cross train in scheduling background and drug screenings for all new applicants in assigned region
Train new staff related to benefits and enrollment on a rotation schedule
Must maintain confidentiality at all times
Level 1-Employee relations, monthly site visits and stay interviews
Assist in planning of employee engagement activities in assigned region
Scanning of electronic file system
Prepare onboarding documents and system updates

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support for sponsorship coordination, engagement with the business community, meetings, sponsor activations, proposals, reports, and more;
• Help prepare for sponsor-related events;

• Research potential individual, corporate, and foundation donors for the organization;
• Support the sales process in regards to program advertising sales;
