Responsibilities: Own and manage all HRIS transactions, processes, and documentation for all employee lifecycle events, including salary, reporting structure, position changes, and internal mobility. Oversee employee termination procedures, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating the offboarding process. Partner with HR team members on special projects related to a wide variety of HR initiatives, including compliance, HRIS, policies & procedures, recruitment, and general administration.
