Responsibilities and Duties

**What you'll do**
As a Project Management Office and Strategy intern, you will:
+ Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in driving strategic initiatives across Adhesives Operations.
+ Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects aligned with your career interests and development goals.
+ Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
+ Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, ask critical questions, and identify opportunities for optimization.
+ Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project progress and outcome.

+ This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
+ Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
+ Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.
