We are seeking a dynamically motivated, detail oriented intern to learn, work and grow with our Food Safety Compliance Manager.
Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To
Support Food Safety and Compliance Program by:
Conducting Microbiological Sampling and Swabbing
Collecting and filing compliance documentation
Conducting visual inspection of facilities
Support QA Team conduct visual inspection of produce, and document size and spec of product received
Draft produce specification documents, describing customer preference for size, cut, count, color, and pack of produce items, with photos
Develop social media and marketing material for organic specialty crop produce
Support sales team with photos and descriptions of specialty crop produce upon request

Qualifications
Requirements
Actively enrolled in College Level Agriculture educational coursework
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment at 36 - 40 degrees
Ability to maintain a safe working environment by following all safety practices and food safety procedures
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)
Basic math skills , counting
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Bi-liingual Spanish a plus

Echo Staff Central - San Jose, California GOAL: The Echo Internship Program is designed to give individuals the exposure and experience of leading within a multi-site, fast paced, diverse, inner city church in the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area. TIME REQUIREMENTS: Echo Interns are expected to: - Attend and Serve all day Sunday on the campus they are assigned.
- Attend weekly learning sessions as a group.
- Participate in weekly self-paced online learning activities.
- 10 - 15 hours per week minimum (includes all day Sunday to include class time and scheduled weekday tasks)
LEARNING REQUIREMENT: Interns will participate in our ministry learning courses scheduled each month at a location TBD, it's in our group experience our interns catch the heart and mindset of how Echo does ministry, leadership, and management. The Intern Program Coach will stay connect with the assigned Intern to ensure our Interns are receiving the support they need and program expectations are being met.
