SUMMARY The HR Generalist supports employees and managers across U.S. manufacturing sites and remote locations by delivering high-quality HR services that strengthen the overall employee experience. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and talent lifecycle support, while also assisting with core HR operations such as policies, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Generalist will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting career growth, and ensuring a consistent employee journey from hire to exit. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Partner with hiring managers and recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. Coordinate onboarding activities to provide a smooth and engaging new hire experience, including orientation and integration support. Support the employee lifecycle by administering talent management processes such as performance reviews, career development planning, and training initiatives. Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and activities to foster connection and retention across sites and remote teams. Partner with leaders to identify training needs and deliver or coordinate employee development programs. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, practices, and procedures. Provide support in employee relations, including guiding employees and managers on day-to-day issues. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and maintaining accurate employee records. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
