Maintains immigration documentation files and assists in work visa filings. Performs other assignments as directed. Education/Experience/Skills: AA degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of Human Resource experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working within a pharmaceutical sales organization strongly desired. Must Possess: Experience maintaining HRIS (preferably Workday), with knowledge of Human Capital Management data and system maintenance, troubleshooting and report generation. Experience with I-9 documentation and maintenance Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations. Proficiency in using the latest versions of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated proficiency in data management.
