Experience directly supervising a talent acquisition team in a large or complex organization, providing coaching, counseling and mentoring others. Prior supervisory or team lead experience in HR or talent acquisition, including coaching recruiters. Certification in HR such as CP, SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
