Middle School - The focus at the District's middle schools is to ensure that students are provided with equitable opportunities to successfully transition from elementary to high school. Both middle schools offer opportunities for students to succeed at every learning level, with dedicated classes for English Language Learners and students with disabilities, as well as honors/advanced studies. The Family and Career Sciences and Technology programs have incorporated science, technology, engineering and math topics into each curriculum to help prepare students for the Career and Technical Education opportunities available at the high school.
High School - Proctor High School provides numerous avenues for students to achieve the District's vision. This is accomplished through supportive and adaptive special education and English language learner programming, a robust honors and Advanced Placement curriculum, and partnerships with post-secondary institutions including Mohawk Valley Community College and Syracuse University's Project Advance. The District most recently embarked upon a groundbreaking initiative working with community and business partners to create innovative Career and Technical Education programming for its high school students. Proctor's Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corp (NJROTC), music, art and drama programs, along with numerous extracurricular activities and athletics, offer additional avenues to showcase students' talents and interests and support them throughout their school experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Specialist serves as part of the Central Office Administration team, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Assistant Superintendent of Business, Finance and Operations. The Administrator of Human Resources has responsibility for planning, developing and implementing system-wide initiatives and strategies that support personnel acquisition and management, employee engagement and “customer service” excellence. This is a 12-month position located at the Administrative Building.
DUTIES: The Administrator of Human Resources will assist the Chief Human Resources Officer on initiatives that serve the District and ultimately result in supporting student success. Such initiatives, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management and completion of Department of Labor Paperwork, as requested;
Overseeing the interview processes established for all district vacancies;
Establishing and conducting initial interviews of applicants;
Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes;
Attend and host job/career fairs;
Provide oversight of attendance/personal leave/FMLA;
Conduct reference checks, fingerprint clearance checks, and certification checks, as requested;
Managing tenure dates;
Collaborating with the Department of Special Education on Teacher Assistant placements;
Job postings and oversight of PowerSchool;
Assisting in job transfers processes;
Attend all Board meetings when requested;
Attended labor relations meeting, if requested,
Attend contract negotiations, if requested;
Attend employee discipline meetings, if requested;
Recommend trainings for employees and assist with implementation, and;
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a valid New York State Certificate as a School Administrator and Supervisor, or School District Leader (SDL)
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Additional qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate
Reports to: Chief Human Resources Officer
SALARY: $105,000 - $145,000; Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Provide various EEO, Labor Law and other statistical reports through the use ADP.
Review the ADP portal regularly for updates and take ADP training courses regularly to remain updated with system and report changes.
Coordinate with Compliance on internal and external audits and regulatory Agency audits.
Assist with circulation of job postings on the Agency website, and with new hire and employee transfer paperwork.
Distribute and track internal employee electronic annual training and utilization on the Agency training portal.
Assist in maintaining all HR personnel files including periodic quality checks.
Education:
Associate degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency with HRIS Systems such as ADP, running system reports, and auditing functions preferred.
Experience with office machines (including fax, copier, and scanner) and Microsoft Works, Excel, and Outlook are required.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, organization skills, strong attention to detail, good customer service, ability to maintain confidentiality, and oral and written communication.

We oversee endorsement and voiceover opportunities for clients of all verticals. Brand Partnership deals take a variety of forms - from global ambassadorships and Super Bowl commercials to paid social posts and integrations. We work closely with colleagues across every department to ensure proper representation and work in tandem with our talent ventures group to help clients build their own brands.
Program Details:
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; global licensing business IMG Licensing; and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). All internships are in the office and in person.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the internship location.
