JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, participating in interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating background checks and drug screens.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive onboarding experience.
Prepare new hire packets and coordinate setup for access badges, nameplates, business cards, and computer equipment.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to support employee relations and conflict resolution.
Participate in investigations and provide guidance for disciplinary actions.
Implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., picnics, holiday parties) to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and compile HR metrics (turnover, attendance, accident rates).

The JNAT/JST Program, SOF/SF-SME will aid the JNAT Program Lead (JNAT-PL), the unit training and operations section using JNAT techniques, tactics and procedures (TTPs) & methods, Agile program management approach and the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) instructional design model. Job Description
What you'll do:
You will work closely with the Commercial Team to support development of the overall business growth strategy, including market analysis, opportunity identification and execution of the sales growth plan. Assignments are focused in one of our participating businesses, Gas Power, Wind, Grid Solutions or Electrification Software. Assignments will vary but will relate to commercial operations, pricing, marketing, product sales, or other sales support functions. In addition, you'll:
* Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from experienced commercial managers and leaders.
* Grow your technical and commercial expertise within GE Vernova and expand your skills in new areas.
* Experience a challenging assignment in the power generation industry focusing on power markets, customers and technology.
EMPLOYMENT DATES:
* May/June 2026 to August 2026 (Summer)
LOCATIONS:
* Atlanta GA; Charleroi, PA; Schenectady, NY; Wilmington, NC; or other core sites
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):
* Must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering or technical science discipline as listed below.
* Eligible Majors:
* Gas Power: Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
* Grid Solutions: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
* Wind: Engineering majors and business majors with demonstrated technical aptitude
* Electrification Software: Power Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
* Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
* Must be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships
* Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
* Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
* Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
* Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
* GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)

Requirements:

Desire a full-time five-day work week.
Relevant work experience is desired but not required.
Ability to swim.
Ability to regularly lift 75 pounds.
Adapt and/or able to improvise quickly, as demanded by conditions or unknown factors

Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Crew Lead.

Recreation and Aquatics Interns are responsible for the safe and successful operation of the pool deck and aquatics facilities. This is a spring semester internship. Housing is available at a weekly cost.
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct pre-season inventory of recreation, pool, and activities supplies; assist with ordering.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparation for spring programs and summer launch.
• Support spring events (set-up, coordination, member engagement - Easter Party, Mother's Day Tea, Music Bingo, Murder Mystery Dinner).
• Assist with pool operations, supervision of seasonal staff, and coverage of hours.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the absence of the Recreation Director.
