Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we're looking for
6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic business environment; tech or medical device industry experience highly desired
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Experience supporting Director level clients and driving full talent lifecycle actions for an organization
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.

Position Summary
