Provide onsite support for compliance with California labor laws, including rest/meal breaks, overtime rules, required postings, and workplace safety requirements. Coordinate local logistics for required California trainings, such as Harassment Prevention (AB 1825/2053/SB 1343), and maintain accurate records. Partner with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and overtime compliance. Assist with local employee relations matters by documenting concerns, gathering information, and escalating to the centralized HR team for resolution. Support HR projects and initiatives rolled out by the centralized HR team, including open enrollment, performance reviews, and policy updates.
