Own performance management frameworks and leadership development approaches that support accountability, growth, and retention. Talent, Learning & Organizational Development Provide strategic oversight of talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development. Partner with leaders to assess team effectiveness, coach managers, and adapt organizational structures to meet evolving needs. People Team Leadership & Department Management Lead, develop, and performance-manage a high-performing Human Resources team. Ensure strong collaboration across internal teams and effective leverage of outsourced resources. Own the HR department budget and ensure responsible fiscal management. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of of 10 years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership across multiple HR disciplines. Minimum of 7 years leading and developing HR teams, preferably in complex, multi-site or distributed organizations. Demonstrated experience owning and implementing HR systems and technology platforms, including HRIS and payroll. Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentation of workforce insights. Experience navigating multi-jurisdictional or global employment environments strongly preferred.
