WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, Project Manager, or hybrid role.
Prior work within a Salesforce consulting or implementation environment strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system projects.
Experience managing external Salesforce vendors or consultants.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce or similar CRM's ecosystem, including configuration, integration, and best practices.

Must have a current Colorado State CNA License.
Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, exercise
Household Care: housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, dietary aide
Companionship: conversation, reminders.
Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
Help patients with walking, transferring, and physical exercises as prescribed.
Assist with medication reminders and adherence as per the care plan.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and changing bed linens.
Engage patients in conversation and provide emotional support and companionship.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in health status to healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and observations.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Follow infection control procedures and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications:
Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field preferred.
Compassion, empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move patients safely, as required.
Dependable and punctual with a commitment to patient care.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: PRN
Pay: $20.00-22.00 per hour (typical visit 1 hour) - Full-time, PRN
