**Required Qualifications**

Responsibilities
Safely and correctly compound sterile medications and infusions for the home, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities and physician/clinic environments.
Initiate infusion therapies with successful on-going evaluation of care and completion of required documentation relative to processing therapies, both fiscal and legal.
Responsible for understanding of, compliance with and participation in Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement and accreditation guidelines ensuring achievement of excellence in quality patient care.

We are currently conducting a search for a part-time ClinicalPharmacist to join a growing team of colleagues at our customer site, Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine, to provide outstanding inpatient pharmacy services to patients with diverse behavioral health needs.
Pharmacy Location: Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, OH
Schedule: This part-time role includes every third weekend (Sat & Sun, 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m.), occasional remote evening verification (7-9 p.m.), and coverage for PTO and holidays
Primary Responsibilities:
* Verify physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
* Fill and check automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs)
* Repackage medications into unit-dose formulations
* Review and verify all work completed by pharmacy technicians
* Collaborate closely with nursing staff to support medication administration
* Assist with general hospital and pharmacy department needs, including inventory and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications:
* PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience from a College of Pharmacy accredited by American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP)
* Current pharmacist licensure in the state of Ohio without any discipline on license
* Flexibility with scheduling (ability to work weekends and cover PTO requests by pharmacy manager)
