Required
· Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.· 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.· Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.· Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Windows and mac OS environments.· Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) is preferred.· Excellent communication and customer service skills.· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
