About the position:

The MCTP trains Brigade, Division, and Corps Commanders and their staffs during simulation-driven command post Warfighter Exercises (WFX) in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations and across Multi-Domain Operations.
Responsibilities:
Principal duty is the operations officer for the Headquarters Support Team. Serves as the operations officer and is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations. Manages information flow, understands the operational environment to include planning, preparation and execution of War Fighter Exercise's (WFXs) and daily garrison operations in support of HST Headquarters team.
Prepares and maintains tracking mechanisms that support Warfighter exercises personnel rosters, hotel scheduling, maintains training records, and daily functions supporting garrison operations.
Maintains situational awareness with regards to all Exercise Lifecycle (ELC) planning events.
The Operations Officer will have an additional duty as an Exercise Support Planner (as needed) to support Warfighter exercises:

Price gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane at all locations; including special prices, and any allowable discounts.
Prepare annual budgets for sales, expenses, and additions to fixed assets at plant(s).

Supervise and evaluate assigned employees.
Train customer service representative(s) in the safe handling and dispensing of petroleum products, especially propane.
