Some truly talent people work in independent roles, but sadly they have all be let go or left by now.
Besides the toxic misogyny and inept friends of the Boss who float around in inflated leadership positions, there is absolutely no vision at this company. No innovation. Just a bunch of egos who have no idea what they're doing and blame everyone else for their problems. The product has no purpose, no value, and no users. The business practices border on unethical and they have gone through 5 lay-offs in one year. For a company that claims to "specialize in hiring," they are clueless. Highly unlikely they will exist in another year.
