Responsibility
Incumbent is responsible for following general directions given by Manufacturing Manager and Team Leader. Work is reviewed for adherence to instruction and overall quality. A high degree of accuracy is required to ensure on time deliveries, incoming and outgoing. Errors in the following instructions will result in incorrect and late shipments and customer dissatisfaction.
Personal work relationships
Incumbent has contact with other plant employees. The purposes of these contacts are to exchange information regarding specific standards to maintain production standards and goals.
Physical effort and work environment
Work is performed in a typical, comfortable, well-lit, production environment. Work may consist of times requiring some decision making in the application of appropriate methods necessary to make parts fit. Frequent heavy lifting and repeated twisting of parts in unusual ways, however, may require an individual who possesses the agility and stamina to perform work.

Home multiple times per week, and weekends.
Observe and maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements regarding vehicle inspections, load inspections, and securing load, and hours of service.

Position will include an excellent starting hourly wage between $20.00-$24.00 or more depending on industry experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and company service vehicle. Responsibilities
Communicates and works with maintenance managers, maintenance mechanics, electric truck mechanics, electricians, contractors, and East Penn Manufacturing's salespeople.
*Dealing with customer complaints and down equipment.
Travels to customer locations.
Evaluates battery and charging equipment.
Must be able to make on‑site repairs of batteries and chargers.
Must be able to create and maintain documents explaining customer's fleet by type, amp hour, repairs, recommendations, billing, and repairs.
Reports to Regional Branch Manager based out of Cleveland, OH.
Service area will cover Cleveland, Ohio and the surrounding area with daily travel to customer locations.
*Maintains regular attendance.
*Ability to work mandatory over time.
Performs other duties as requested by Management.
Responsible for producing a high quality product.
Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.

Qualifications
Mechanical ability. Electrical background, AC/DC preferred with basic knowledge of 240V three phase and 480V three phase. A valid drivers license and good driving record, strong communication skills, and self motivation.
