Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Facilitates Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple project teams across software, marketing web development, and web application projects. Serves as a servant leader to the development teams, ensuring they remain focused on sprint commitments. Removes impediments that block team progress and proactively identifies risks to delivery timelines. Partners with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear definition of requirements, sprint goals, and acceptance criteria. Promotes collaboration between firmware, backend, mobile, QA, and UX/UI engineers. Supervises the QA/Automation Engineer, setting priorities, ensuring alignment of automation coverage across all projects, and supporting career development within the shared services team; is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and other people leadership activities. Oversees QA and automation processes to ensure consistent testing coverage, sprint integration, and release quality across all supported projects. Collaborates with the QA/Automation Engineer to define testing priorities, maintain regression suites, and track quality metrics such as defect trends and automation rate. Partners with other teams to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds meet defined quality gates before release. Coordinates shared services resourcing and scheduling to balance QA support across concurrent projects. Partners closely with Product Owners and marketing stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog, align sprint goals with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement. Protects teams from external interruptions and scope creep. Monitors and reports on sprint progress and delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, quality) and provides insights for continuous improvement. Promotes Agile best practices and a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency across all teams; adapts methods to fit each team's needs. Coaches team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, tools, and techniques to enhance team maturity and performance. Documents team progress, sprint outcomes, and retrospective actions for leadership visibility. Focuses on the voice of the customer and continuously improves products and services to deliver meaningful user value. Education/Training Required and Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Experience Required and Preferred: Minimum 3 years of Scrum Master or Agile facilitator experience across software and digital marketing/web application projects. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, QA). Familiarity with Agile in mixed contexts (IoT, mobile, CMS/web).
