About This Role:
Under direct supervision, the Senior Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support to the Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Quality Assurance Teams.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
Coordinates the customer quote process, contracts pricing and customer program information. Updates pricing within the computer system.
Responsible for moving orders through the entire order cycle.
Works with customers and the Finance team to obtain credit reference, establish payment terms, and to issue credits when necessary.
Investigates customer complaints and collaborates with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Completes and processes all administrative forms related to customer service. Creates and maintains sales
Continually develops and improves customer service processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Works with customers providing monthly AR statements and assists finance with collections.
Creates and resolves Customer Complaints and RMA's.
Responsible for distributing weekly Customer Complaints and RMA reporting to the Leadership Team.
Works closely with accounting by researching and providing detailed documentation for RMA's.
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required and Preferred:
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.

About This Role:
The Senior Tooling Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the Tool Room Group in areas including new mold and component construction, lifecycle asset management, and machining. This role drives long-term business objectives by clearly defining goals through data and metrics and actively practices strong leadership, change management, project management, technical skills, and standardization of the department. The Senior Manager will also support the global tooling efforts in the design, sourcing, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of high-volume plastic injection molds, ensuring the Tool Room performs at a high level to meet the demands of mold repair, new tool construction, and general machining.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
Develops and executes short- and long-term strategic visions to meet key performance initiatives (KPIs).
Analyses current and future Tool Room staffing requirements using demand data to mitigate gaps and risks. Establishes specific, measurable goals which defines expected results; creates work plans with contingencies; determines required resources; moves plans through to completion.
Recruits and creates a motivating environment that fosters creative thinking and fuels productivity. Completes performance evaluations for direct reports, reviewing all staffing evaluations, and providing guidance for improvement and future growth. Mentors and coaches all levels of the team, including supervisors, and provides technical expertise.

Delivers results through optimizing the utilization of CNC 3/4/5 axis equipment, including but not limited to 24/7 ‘Lights Out” machining principle. Ensures the effective management of inventory control of spare parts and consumable materials.
Maintains open communication with different business units, collaborating with Global Tool Room Managers to ensure world-class standards, and establishing strong working relationships with internal departments .

Provides input on the development and planning for new products with a focus on design for manufacturability, supporting molding operations on mold process troubleshooting, problem-solving, and improvements in efficiency and utilization .

Education/Training Required and Preferred:

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Mechanical Engineer Intern in Product Development, you will provide engineering support on various Hunter Controller projects at different stages of the new-product-development cycle, as well as sustaining support on mature product lines. This will include contributing to the mechanical design of enclosures used for electronics packaging. You will also work closely with Electrical Engineering to define mechanical constraints for new PCB layouts. You will participate in team design reviews and collaborate to develop solutions to current problem states, and in the first article sample qualification process to validate designs and manufacturing processes. You will gain experience working with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and production teams. Utilizing 3D CAD, you will produce designs and participate in hands-on problem solving to analyze manufacturing challenges. You will utilize engineering documentation control best practices to execute engineering change orders, releasing their changes to production parts, directly affecting production of finished goods for customers.

As a Product Reliability Intern, you will determine the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for various irrigation controller warranty returns. You will be tasked with developing a solution for one of the reoccurring failures and testing your solution using available test equipment in our lab areas and be encouraged to develop test procedures and design basic circuits as needed. You will create reports on your work to help develop documentation and presentation skills.

Ensures all the relevant tasks for your group or area are completed each day with the support of the Shipping and Receiving Clerks.
Provides the Shipping and Receiving Clerks tactical guidance to keep processes moving along efficiently.
Communicates short comings and additional resources, or supplies needed to complete these tasks to Supervisors.
Ability to learn all the tasks of Shipping and Receiving Clerks I, II, and III.
Follows all Customs - Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) procedures.

Uses Warehouse Management System (WMS) and JD Edwards to assist in shipping and receiving needs.
