About This Role: The Agile Delivery & Quality Lead guides multiple cross-functional teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices alongside quality standards to deliver high-performing software solutions and digital experiences across the company's products and online platforms. This role fosters collaboration among firmware, backend, mobile, QA, UX/UI, and product teams-ensuring that sprints are well-planned, impediments are removed quickly, and teams remain focused on delivering customer value. Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Facilitates Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple project teams across software, marketing web development, and web application projects. Serves as a servant leader to the development teams, ensuring they remain focused on sprint commitments. Removes impediments that block team progress and proactively identifies risks to delivery timelines. Partners with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear definition of requirements, sprint goals, and acceptance criteria. Promotes collaboration between firmware, backend, mobile, QA, and UX/UI engineers. Supervises the QA/Automation Engineer, setting priorities, ensuring alignment of automation coverage across all projects, and supporting career development within the shared services team; is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and other people leadership activities. Oversees QA and automation processes to ensure consistent testing coverage, sprint integration, and release quality across all supported projects. Collaborates with the QA/Automation Engineer to define testing priorities, maintain regression suites, and track quality metrics such as defect trends and automation rate. Partners with other teams to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds meet defined quality gates before release. Coordinates shared services resourcing and scheduling to balance QA support across concurrent projects. Partners closely with Product Owners and marketing stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog, align sprint goals with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement. Protects teams from external interruptions and scope creep. Monitors and reports on sprint progress and delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, quality) and provides insights for continuous improvement. Promotes Agile best practices and a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency across all teams; adapts methods to fit each team's needs. Coaches team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, tools, and techniques to enhance team maturity and performance. Documents team progress, sprint outcomes, and retrospective actions for leadership visibility. Focuses on the voice of the customer and continuously improves products and services to deliver meaningful user value. Education/Training Required and Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Experience Required and Preferred: Minimum 3 years of Scrum Master or Agile facilitator experience across software and digital marketing/web application projects. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, QA). Familiarity with Agile in mixed contexts (IoT, mobile, CMS/web). Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar). What You Bring: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). About This Role: The Senior Tooling Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the Tool Room Group in areas including new mold and component construction, lifecycle asset management, and machining. This role drives long-term business objectives by clearly defining goals through data and metrics and actively practices strong leadership, change management, project management, technical skills, and standardization of the department. The Senior Manager will also support the global tooling efforts in the design, sourcing, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of high-volume plastic injection molds, ensuring the Tool Room performs at a high level to meet the demands of mold repair, new tool construction, and general machining. Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Develops and executes short- and long-term strategic visions to meet key performance initiatives (KPIs). Analyses current and future Tool Room staffing requirements using demand data to mitigate gaps and risks. Establishes specific, measurable goals which defines expected results; creates work plans with contingencies; determines required resources; moves plans through to completion. Recruits and creates a motivating environment that fosters creative thinking and fuels productivity. Completes performance evaluations for direct reports, reviewing all staffing evaluations, and providing guidance for improvement and future growth. Mentors and coaches all levels of the team, including supervisors, and provides technical expertise. Monitors the daily department operations, including workflow scheduling, staff management, production processes, quality, and all other activities to ensure on-time delivery. Identifies priorities, scheduling tooling projects, and using formal asset data tracking systems such as Hexagon/EAM. Drives change using continuous process improvement tools like Lean/TPS/TPM, promoting a first-class vision and culture, and maintaining a "Kaizen" mindset for frequent, incremental improvements. Develops and deploys new and innovative programs and processes to improve operational performance that are consistent with corporate objectives . Delivers results through optimizing the utilization of CNC 3/4/5 axis equipment, including but not limited to 24/7 ‘Lights Out” machining principle. Troubleshoots mold manufacturing and production tooling issues, determines root causes, and suggests corrective/preventative actions. Ensures the effective management of inventory control of spare parts and consumable materials. Maintains open communication with different business units, collaborating with Global Tool Room Managers to ensure world-class standards, and establishing strong working relationships with internal departments . Champions personal growth in leadership and career development and leads collaborative team efforts to achieve goals while aligning department strategy with the overall needs of the business . Provides input on the development and planning for new products with a focus on design for manufacturability, supporting molding operations on mold process troubleshooting, problem-solving, and improvements in efficiency and utilization . Supports preparing operating and capital investment budget and manages its adherence. Identifies and writes CAR's for purchasing all new equipment and software. Education/Training Required and Preferred: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Experience Required and Preferred: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Tool Room environment with demonstrated expertise in the areas of plastic injection mold repair, new mold construction, mold design, jig, fixture design and construction, and machining. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Tool Room environment in a leadership role. Including expert knowledge in plastic injection molding. This will include contributing to the mechanical design of enclosures used for electronics packaging. You will also work closely with Electrical Engineering to define mechanical constraints for new PCB layouts. You will participate in team design reviews and collaborate to develop solutions to current problem states, and in the first article sample qualification process to validate designs and manufacturing processes. What You'll Be Doing: As a Mechanical Engineering Intern in Research & Development, you will design an alternative version of an existing Hunter valve, that allows for specific added capabilities. You will explore various designs and configurations, as well as design, assemble, and test prototypes and iterate accordingly. You will also characterize performance and pressure drop compared to the existing valve. About This Role: The Shipping & Receiving Specialist performs and oversees a variety of shipping tasks for a specific area within the Distribution Center. Is the subject matter expert for the Shipping and Receiving Clerks in the DC floor. Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Assists the Supervisors managing the Distribution Center floor. Oversees a group or area that consists of multiple tasks, such as, but not limited to picking partials and splits, repacking partials and splits, UPS/FedEx receiving, campus deliveries, pick international containers, cross dock, receiving incoming deliveries. Ensures all the relevant tasks for your group or area are completed each day with the support of the Shipping and Receiving Clerks. Provides the Shipping and Receiving Clerks tactical guidance to keep processes moving along efficiently. Communicates short comings and additional resources, or supplies needed to complete these tasks to Supervisors. Ability to learn all the tasks of Shipping and Receiving Clerks I, II, and III. Follows all Customs - Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) procedures. Maintains proper functionality and ensures daily inspections are completed on all PIT equipment. Uses Warehouse Management System (WMS) and JD Edwards to assist in shipping and receiving needs. Works with Distribution Center Supervisors to maintain necessary levels of shipping supplies and to efficiently allocate resources within the Shipping and Receiving team. Assists with training of Shipping and Receiving Clerks I, II and III, as well as seasonal team members. Works with Information Services and Production Maintenance to help identify and solve equipment and system issues. Works with Customer Service to provide shipment information and update orders, as necessary. May be required to work overtime when necessary, including weekends. Education/Training Required and Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience. Experience Required and Preferred: Minimum 4 years of general warehouse or shipping experience. What You Bring: Demonstrated ability to operate electric pallet jacks, stand up and sit-down forklifts as determined by successful completion of in-house training.
