Specific responsibilities include:
* Owns the ML lifecycle: Frames problems, prototypes solutions, validates performance, and iterates based on measurement and feedback.
* Applies sound statistical and ML practices for feature development, training, evaluation, validation, and maintenance.
* Defines success metrics and uses offline evaluation plus online experimentation (including A/B tests) to validate performance, monitor quality over time, and drive ongoing iteration.
* Partners with engineering and platform counterparts to productionize models, including repeatable training, deployment workflows, monitoring, and refresh strategies.
* Diagnoses model performance issues and data quality problems; communicates findings and recommended actions clearly to stakeholders.
* Writes maintainable, production-minded code and contributes to team standards (code review, documentation, reproducibility, and testing where appropriate).
* Stays current on applied ML and uses modern AI tools to accelerate exploration, questioning, and implementation without sacrificing quality.

Measure garments on active QC area to ensure they are accurate to specifications
Trimming, pressing, packaging final product
Collaborates in all areas of this department
Logging any defects, such as holes, stains, shading
Identify repetitive issues with quality of production, and escalate issues to the Factory Operations Supervisor for corrective action
Regularly report QC findings and concerns to Factory Operations Supervisor and Factory leadership team ● Be accountable to maintain quality standards of the factory and the company, ensuring garments are accurate to specifications before passing to the next phase of production

Summary: Research and Development role with primary focus on Concrete and Cement Additives, including new product development, formulation modification, and raw material cost savings. Project specific support with grout and mortar, grinding aid, analytical, and petrographic departments. Responsible for helping drive product innovation and technology advancements throughout all product groups.
Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate new concrete and cement additives
Develop extensive understanding of cementitious systems and cement/additive interactions
Evaluate new or alternative raw material sources for concrete and cement additives
Conduct frequent literature review, including recent concrete industry publications, new technology/innovation articles, and patent searches
Communicate new product ideas, technologies, innovations, etc., with other lab personnel, marketing, operations
Conduct laboratory studies testing concrete, cement additives, concrete admixtures, including mixing concrete, preparing additive samples, and testing plastic and hardened properties of concrete/mortar
Work with analytical and petrographic teams to share and develop knowledge on portland cement, IL, IP, IT, LC3, supplementary cementitious materials, etc., and their interactions with concrete and cement additives
Participate in industry committees and organizations such as ASTM and ACI
Present research internally to technical, marketing, sales, and operations groups, and externally to industry publications and organizations
Regular computer use including internet research, SAP, excel, powerpoint, etc.

Masters degree
