The Insurance Senior Account Managers possess a high degree of product line knowledge and technical expertise. This position provides service to an assigned book of business with minimal producer or management involvement, prioritizes effectively and respond in designated time frames while working in a fast paced environment, acts independently to service large, complex accounts, as well as, as producer and servicer on assigned house accounts, and assists the producer in the production of new and renewal accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned book of clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of inquiries.
Conduct regular exposure analysis and risk reviews with clients and prospects.
Lead the end-to-end marketing process for new and renewal business.
Collaborate with clients and carriers to gather necessary data and negotiate coverage terms.
Review and present carrier quotes, ensuring alignment with client needs and agency standards.
Prepare and deliver proposals, and policy documents within established timelines.
Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems.
Identify and pursue account rounding, cross-sell, and referral opportunities.
Support new business prospecting efforts and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:

5+ years experience managing a P&C commercial book of business

Summary

The Regional Sales Director will drive growth in an established, high-performing territory covering Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. This will be a fully remote with travel opportunity that offers a competitive base salary of $75,000 + commission, with top performers capable of earning $250,000+ annually. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This Senior Manager will be an early team member and involved in shaping Visa's global and regional go-to-market strategies, seller trainings and tools, and providing ecosystem feedback to influence Visa's product roadmap.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide solutioning, problem solving and salessupport with key clients, enablers, and other ecosystem partners - operating as a product and blockchain subject matter expert with clients and internal stakeholders
Drive end-to-end deal flow from pre‑sales to pitch to negotiations to drive new activations and channel partnerships for Visa Crypto Solutions
Support implementation projects and coordination between sales, product, and operation teams to help Visa clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions (post‑salessupport)
Help shape Go‑To‑Market strategy and execution for Visa Crypto solutions at a global level - with clients and working closely with regional counterparts on go‑to‑market and client activities
Support broader training and tooling relative to Visa Crypto solutions intended to replicate the solutioning support model across Visa account and sales teams
This is a hybrid position. Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required
High product acumen and solutions mindset
Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
Ability to form new partnerships and find new sales opportunities in white space, demonstrating commercial creativity and instincts alongside negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and thought leadership with subject matter expertise in stablecoins and blockchain technology
Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship‑building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
Experience “managing up”, building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties

Previous experience in an operating role at a startup or high growth company preferred
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

About the Role
