Summary:Huntington's Director, Portfolio Management will manage a book of business in the bank's Financial Institutions (FIG) vertical within Huntington's Corporate Specialty and Government Banking group. Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Underwrite and close broadly syndicated, complex commercial loans
+ Understanding of Financial Institutions Insurance
+ Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration
+ Review loan documentation in consultation with legal counsel
+ Manage risk on an ongoing basis by monitoring customer credit worthiness, adherence to loan terms and general business conditions
+ Manage annual reviews and renewals, portfolio reviews, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, delinquencies and other reporting
+ As appropriate, assist in optimizing customer relationships working with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Capital Markets and other team members
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 7 or more years of Financial Institution portfolio management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Insurance experience in Property Causality and Life is highly preferred
+ 10 years of diversified banking experience including portfolio management experience and positions of increasing responsibility, with 5 years of expertise in the FIG space. Leverage lending expertise a plus.
+ Industry knowledge and established networks within the FIG sector highly preferred
+ Completion of formalized credit training program
+ Demonstrated success structuring complex credits; researching, judging and presenting information verbally and in writing; creating documentation to support the credit and minimize risk

Program Overview:
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is responsible for training and supporting the training of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers-as well as international partners-who enforce laws, treaties, and regulations in the United States and abroad.
Headquartered in Glynco, Georgia, with training delivery points in Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; and Cheltenham, Maryland, FLETC's mission depends on secure, stable, and modern IT infrastructure.
This program provides Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) to maintain reliable, efficient IT operations across the FLETC enterprise. The Configuration Manager will be essential in ensuring accurate system baselines, proper control of configuration items, and alignment with DHS/FLETC standards throughout system lifecycles.
Position Summary:
The Configuration Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining configuration management (CM) processes across the FLETC IT environment. This role establishes configuration baselines, oversees change control activities, ensures accuracy of system documentation, manages configuration items (CIs), and coordinates with technical teams to maintain system integrity across multiple sites.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting IT systems within structured, security-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and enforce configuration management policies, procedures, and standards.
Establish and maintain configuration baselines for systems, applications, hardware, and documentation.
Identify, document, and track configuration items across the enterprise and ensure version accuracy.
Oversee and manage change control processes, including impact assessments, approval coordination, version control, and verification after changes.
Maintain CM documentation including:
Configuration Management Plans (CMPs)
CI inventories and baselines
Change request records
Configuration status accounting documentation
Conduct routine CM audits to verify configuration integrity and compliance with DHS/FLETC requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and other technical teams to document system changes, updates, and configuration impacts.
Monitor adherence to configuration governance and ensure traceability of system modifications.
Support system lifecycle management activities such as deployments, upgrades, transitions, and decommissions.
Maintain configuration repositories, diagrams, records, and related documentation.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and configuration status updates for program leadership and stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to staff on CM processes and tools.
Qualifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust or higher clearance level (as required by position/contract).
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in configuration management, systems administration, or IT lifecycle management.
Experience developing configuration management plans, processes, and documentation.
Strong understanding of configuration identification, configuration control, status accounting, and CM audits.
Previous experience with CM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, SharePoint, Git, or equivalent systems.
Familiarity with ITIL or other structured IT service management frameworks.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED:
Prior experience supporting federal government environments, especially DHS or FLETC.
Experience with enterprise IT environments and multi-site system configuration management.
CM-related certifications such as CMII, ITIL Foundation, or similar.
Experience supporting system integration and change management in controlled configurations.

Coordinate with the Chief of Staff to assist town officials, businesses, and organizations in resolving district issues.
Monitor district newspapers, media outlets, social media, and other relevant news sources.
Provide staff support to the Senator at district events and meetings including pre‑event briefings, preparation of talking points and other advance work.
Inform and advise the Senator on district issues, events, outreach opportunities and economic and demographic trends.
Coordinate the delivery of or present awards and citations on behalf of the Senator.
Respond to district inquiries on legislation, policy, grants, and other information related to local needs.
Receive and respond to constituent requests for help resolving problems or for assistance in receiving services, products, or benefits from federal, state, local or private‑sector providers, providing constituents with regular casework progress updates.
Communicate across municipal, state, and federal agencies, advocacy groups, and local and statewide organizations to address constituent concerns and problems.
Collaborate with and assist the Senator's policy team in tracking state budget and bond authorization requests from municipalities and organizations in the district and make recommendations to the Senator for consideration.
Other Duties and Responsibilities May Include
Schedule, plan, and coordinate district meetings and events for the Senator.
Manage the Senator's calendar on days when the Senator is in the district.
Research legislation and budget issues.
Assist with general administrative duties: answering phones, ordering supplies, sorting mail.
Train, supervise, or participate in the hiring of office staff or interns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
One to two years of college or technical school and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or any of the following combinations of education and experience:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Basic understanding of state government operations and the legislative process.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Senator's district issues, demographics, politics, stakeholders, and history.
