Pros of working at HBHS

The students and the neighborhood are wonderful. A very safe and positive environment.

Cons of working at HBHS

The administration is not always very supportive. The district administration is definitely not supportive of teachers and programs.

More support for the teachers and students - less bowing to aggressive parents.

What do you like best about HBHS's CEO and the leadership team?

Teacher leaders were very good. Admin not so much.

How does your compensation at HBHS compare to the industry average?

Pretty good. Still, teacher salary is not amazing. It is an expensive community to live in.

What's the diversity at HBHS like?

Very good. The school is very welcoming of all students.

What brings you the most joy at HBHS?

The students.
