Pros of working at Huntington Hospital

Culture is amazing. Open minded, inclusive, progressive, just culture focused on improving processes, conditions, and systems by supporting the development, education and ideas of it's employees. Employees are heard and respected. Salaries are great, benefits package is as good as I've seen in the local healthcare industry.

Cons of working at Huntington Hospital

For me the worst thing about my employment is I have a long drive to get there everyday and go home. The train stops right by the hospital but it's no faster than driving in fact it takes almost twice as long. But for me this is a small price to pay for the opportunity to work in a really great environment with excellent pay and benefits and leadership that cares about me.

Huntington Hospital Benefits

The health insurance plan is awesome and incredibly inexpensive for employees. My last employer I had a similar plan, but it was based in an East Coast State, it had super high co-pays deductibles, coinsurance, and hidden costs. The Huntington Health employee plan is amazingly simple to use and takes very little money out of your pocket.
