The OST Intelligence Analyst serves as a point of contact for FSRs to gain assistance in troubleshooting deployed systems; provides on-call reach-back capability to mission managers, FSRs and system engineers for deployed assets; and resolves Service Requests (SRs) for system outages and troubleshooting. Additionally, they may be asked to provide onsite support activities for flight test operations at customer facilities. This includes conducting validations, installation of systems on platforms, loading and unloading equipment, monitoring tests on systems, equipment installation and testing, and setting up software servers. This requires travel to the customer facilities for up to two weeks per occurrence. The OST Help Desk is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently there are two modified Panama shifts of 12 hours each; the first shift begins at 6 am and ends at 6 pm. The second shift begins at 6 pm and ends at 6 am. Teams of technicians work an approximate rotating shift pattern of 2 days on / 2 days off; 5 days on / 5 days off.
