Summary:
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Cyber Intelligence Advisor to provide expert-level guidance and strategic analysis in support of U.S. Government (USG) customers. HII, Mission Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spectrum Engineer to support a critical Department of War (DoW) initiative focused on dynamic spectrum sharing. The initiative aims to demonstrate innovative technologies and strategies for enabling more efficient and dynamic use of the radio frequency spectrum within the DoD as well as across other government agencies and commercial companies.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the capture manager, subject matter experts, and other writers to refine proposal sections to ensure accuracy, compliance, consistency, and reflection of win strategies. Also, finalize staffing plans, and management plans, and identify Past Performance references.
* Work with the Pricing Manager to maintain the schedule for price reviews, BOE development (as necessary), and cost narrative development.
* Lead/facilitate/drive the discussion during solution strategy sessions with the capture manager, volume lead(s), and subject matter experts; capturing and helping to document customer hot buttons, win themes, our approach/solution, and features and benefits at the level required for a compelling proposal response.
* Work with the color review leads to convene color teams and prepare color team packages. Lead color review recovery from post-review assessment to providing guidance for implementation of approved content changes and modifications.
* Maintain version control throughout the RFP response lifecycle; ensuring proposal artifacts are always secured.
* Remain current on all solicitation modifications and communicates them to the team. Revise, schedule, outline, and compliance matrix as necessary throughout the proposal life cycle.
* Ensure proposal compliance, checking submissions for compliance regularly throughout the proposal cycle.
What you need to have:
* 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
* Knowledge of the proposal development life cycle and understanding of Shipley or other proposal development processes.

As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the physical security program for HII Mission Technologies which includes developing procedures to protect personnel, property, and sensitive information. - Manage the build-out, Fixed Facility Checklist completion, accreditations, and facility close-outs for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF), Special Access Program Facility (SAPF), and open storage areas.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance technologies, perimeter protection, and intrusion detection.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of facilities, infrastructure, and operations.
- Collaborate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs), IT security, and executive leadership to ensure a holistic and compliant security posture. Lead audits and inspections; prepare mitigation plans and corrective actions as needed.
- Work with vendors for scheduling installations, repairs, and upgrades of physical security equipment
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures related to physical security. Manage contractor and vendor relationships for security-related services and system installations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on physical and security, advising on security requirements for new projects, facilities, and programs.
- Assist in developing and updating security awareness training to employees and contractors.
- Serve as the Physical Security Lead for coordinating physical security requirements as they relate to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
- Travel among sites as needed. Travel may be up to 25%- 30% and on occasion may include overnight stays
Requirements: I have already done that or have it!

- Extensive knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, DoD 5200.1, and other applicable regulations and standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex security projects and implementing large-scale physical security systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Reliable transportation to travel among sites as needed.

Summary
This is an UNPAID internship through the DoD SkillBridge Program for transitioning active-duty US military personnel. DoD SkillBridge Internships are available to help transitioning active-duty military personnel gain real-world experience in the work force sometime during their final 180 days of active-duty service. The intern will actively train on meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior company leadership. HII Mission Technologies Internship programs are focused on placing transitioning military into internships that require KSAs, Education & Military Training similar to their current or previous military jobs; positions that could easily transition over to a full-time regular and permanent job with HII.
Objective
The Skillbridge intern will train as a Risk Management SME within HII Mission Technologies' C5ISR Group, reporting to a designated Mission Technologies supervisor, with the goal of learning the fundamentals, and advanced TTPs of Risk Management. The intern will be assigned special projects as needed.
Desired End State (3-4 month target)
At the end of four months, the intern will develop a good understanding of all Risk Management Operations, duties and functions, and receive additional training in the following areas:

Summary:
HII - Mission Technologies currently has an opening for a Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) / Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Analyst to support Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) within the Plans, Policies, and Operations (PP&O) division, specifically the Policy Office (PO), Plans and Operations Policy (POP) section, and Implementation Planning (IP) team at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. What You Will Do:
As a CWMD (Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction) Intelligence Analyst, you will:
* Review structured and unstructured data, apply analytical rigor, and produce cohesive, methodical intelligence products.
* Integrate data from diverse government sources and intelligence disciplines - including SIGINT (Signals Intelligence), MASINT (Measurement and Signature Intelligence), GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence), IMINT (Imagery Intelligence), and HUMINT (Human Intelligence) - to identify entities and networks of interest supporting both conventional and specialized Marine Forces operating CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States).
* Develop multi-intelligence assessments by leveraging national-level products and databases to define threat activity patterns and refine the search space for counter-threat operations.
* Collaborate with Combatant Commands and the broader Community of Interest to produce capabilities-focused intelligence products that address command-level and unit-specific information requirements.
* Plan, develop, and deliver tailored capabilities that enhance the organization's ability to effectively mitigate improvised threats.
* Identify and analyze complex problems, and recommend solutions based on experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) components and interagency partners.
What We're Looking For:
* 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
* Minimum of three years' experience writing intelligence products to CWMD/CBRN Community standards in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203.
* Minimum of three years' experience conducting analysis using intelligence reporting, metadata, and non-traditional datasets.
* Proven ability to gather and interpret finished intelligence from authoritative sources within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
* Strong understanding of the National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, and National Military Strategy.
* Demonstrated experience collaborating and building communities of interest across the national security enterprise.
* Prior experience briefing at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
* Expertise in one or more of the following areas: counter-proliferation, pathway defeat, counter-facilitation, or supply chain analysis.
* Experience leveraging intelligence to drive operations or generate effects through Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), interagency (IA), or law enforcement entities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Summary
This is an UNPAID internship through the DoD Skillbridge Program for transitioning active-duty US military personnel. DoD Skillbridge Internships are available to help transitioning active-duty military personnel gain real-world experience in the work force sometime during their final 180 days of active-duty service. The intern will actively train on meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior company leadership. HII Mission Technologies Internship programs are focused on placing transitioning military into internships that require KSAs, Education & Military Training similar to their current or previous military jobs; positions that could easily transition over to a full-time regular and permanent job with HII.
Objective
The Skillbridge intern will train as a SIGINT Analyst (Operations Support Team) within the HII Mission Technologies, reporting to a designated HII supervisor, with the goal of getting certified and capable of providing 24/7 help desk support for SIGINT systems, troubleshooting deployed sensors, and coordinating with field personnel while maintaining required security protocols and technical proficiency. The intern will be assigned special projects as needed.

Provide and manage expert support in the tactical execution of the four lines of effort across the 7 tasks.
Oversee the development of a marketing and branding strategy to develop, deliver, and maintain outreach and a marketing strategy for the CMS InTh, SCRM, CFIUS, and DCI programs.
Monitor the progress of the outreach and awareness program efforts through polling surveys, tailored outreach, and employee engagement.
Support CMS InTh, SCRM, and DCI workshops and conferences in-person at CMS headquarters.
Collaborate with technical personnel on defining the most effective methods to conduct risk assessments on free open-source software (FOSS), software code, open-source software applications, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and government-off-the-self (GOTS) software.
Oversee defensive counterintelligence threat analysis to maintain situational awareness of the threat and cyber threat intelligence information.
Oversee Insider Threat analysis to ensure CMS leadership maintains situational awareness of threats and cyber threat intelligence information.
Oversee the assessment supply chain risks and provide all-source analysis and reports of vendors to aid the decision-making process and acceptable risk boundaries.
Oversee efforts to expand current InTh, SCRM, CFIUS, and DCI threat analysis capability and related processes. The contractor shall maintain and expand the current InTh, SCRM, CFIUS, and DCI guidance.
Oversee the CMS capability maturity model for InTh, CFIUS, and DCI. Maintain and expand the current CMS SCRM capability maturity model; with an emphasis on C-SCRM.
Oversee the maintenance of a web/confluence page, technical library, and process information site on a CMS-provided share drive for CFIUS, SCRM, InTh, and DCI.
Review and be the primary interface for HII TDL Lead and CMS.
What We Are Looking For
15 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's in related field; 13 years of relevant experience with a master's in related field; 10 years of relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years of relevant experience.
10 years of senior level leadership managing large organizations.
Ability to analyze threat data and present solutions to complex problems.
Active TS/SCI.
Preferred: Bonus Points For..
Prior senior military leadership.
Mastery of Microsoft Suite products.
Familiarity with AI tools and products.
CMS experience.
Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, or Supply Chain Risk Management experience.
Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
