The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance. What You Will Do Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. The Role The Role: The Designer Level 3 role is an experienced technical position responsible for the design, development, and integration of complex ship systems, components, and arrangements. Contact is maintained with Health and Safety regarding identification of noise hazards in the workplace and maintains open communication with Trades Management within the Company. The position consults with outside audiology and otology practitioners as necessary concerning evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of employee hearing related concerns.
