In this role, you will join a highly collaborative technical team responsible for supporting Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) events, mission networks, site connectivity, cybersecurity, and related technical functions.

The Joint Venture Development Legal Practice within the Law Organization is responsible for, among other matters, advising on, negotiating, and documenting Saudi Aramco's project development and joint venture transactions.
As a Senior Counsel, your primary role is to lead the legal activities with respect to the development and implementation of Joint Ventures, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of such transactions.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Lead the legal activities with respect to the negotiation and execution of financing transactions in all contexts. Including for parent company bank debt, joint venture project financings, and/or capital markets issuances, among others, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of such transactions.
Advise Management and internal clients with respect to Saudi Aramco's legal rights and obligations, agreements, and common statutory or similar requirements in connection with financing transactions.
Assist Law Management and other attorneys in identifying and examining the law and facts pertinent to legal problems.
Liaise and work with outside counsel to negotiate and document transactions.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will have:
A Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent.
Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a project development practice .
Experience comprised of a combination of law firm and in-house experience in a corporation handling handling international project development and joint venture transactions .
Demonstrable experience working directly with the clients from transaction inception to completion.

Operate commercial vehicles, such as automated side loader, front-loaders, rear-loaders, roll-off trucks, or transfer trucks, in a safe and efficient manner
Follow designated routes and schedules for waste collection and transport
Collect waste materials from residential, commercial, or industrial sites by completing all routes in a timely manner while maintaining efficiency and within the route standards

Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in a similar role and subject matter expertise.

Strong knowledge of federal health and environmental regulations (i.e., TSCA) and an experience in public policy development and execution. Experience with chemical (oil, gas, petrochemicals) risk assessments and management.

Job Description
The East Coast Quality Assurance and Safety Manager assists management in establishing, developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Provides guidance to the Program Management Office (PMO) for site-level implementation of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management system safety programs. Assists Top Management and Site Management in planning, developing, establishing, implementing, and maintaining an approved Quality Manual compliant with the Statement of Work and QMS elements. Provides technical support for Quality personnel and site management in the approved IEMS and other required systems. Develops and implements audit schedules in coordination with the customer, site requirements, and CDRL A005. Supervises, evaluates, and directs site Quality Assurance and Safety Evaluators at East coast sites. Position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.

Essential Job Responsibilities
This role is central to ensuring excellence in both quality and safety at the site.
* Reports directly to the NITE Quality Assurance/Safety, Health and Environmental Operations Manager
* Provides guidance to the Program Management Office for site-level implementation of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management system safety programs.
* Ability to write professional reports, business correspondence, and technical procedures.
* Assists in monitoring all aspects of contract performance against established and agreed-upon metrics. Enforces compliance of operations with safety rules, procedures, policies, governmental and OSHA regulations.
* Supports the NITE Quality Assurance/Safety, Health and Environmental Operations Manager in establishing, developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

* Acts as focal point for all project safety inspections, audits, assessments, reporting, and safety analysis program.
* Provides status reports, CDRLs and ad hoc reports to customers in accordance with contract requirements.
* Conducts in-depth audits of each QMS element to assure effective mission accomplishment.
