The Paycheck and experience was worth it
They will not teach you anymore than you already know, you get sent to one crew and have to ask your foreman for permission to change crews instead of just being able to change and go learn new things within your field

Revamping the whole setup, it takes too long to get anywhere, it's entirely possible with in their budget to fix these things but they are just greedy
