Position Overview Successful candidates must be able to teach / tutor: Elementary, middle school and high school math, including tutoring students in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus Fluency to tutor students in Calculus, Statistics and Trigonometry is a plus. You will be required to pass a math skills assessment and background check before being hired. Hours This position requires availability for a minimum of two to three shifts per week. Our instruction hours are: Sunday: 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday: 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. While we are closed for holidays, our closures do not match FSU, FAMU, TCC or local schools. Instructors are still expected to have availability to work despite classes at these institutions not being in session (i.e. - between semesters, spring break, etc.).
