Food Bank Coordinator Responsibilities Assist food bank clients with check in process ensuring client files contain required information (updated application, picture ID for head of household, income for all adults 18 years and older, proof of residence, Income Verification, Intake Referral Form, Case Notes, Arizona Self-Sufficiency Matrix) Provide case management to food bank clients assisting them to reach self-sufficiency Ensure case notes are in client files that received case management. Ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all clients. Ensure confidentiality in all communications Client data needs to be entered into the CAP60 database including client demographics, income, food bank attendance, and all client outcomes. Enter all services in CAP60 including case management, emergency assistance, diapers, etc. Month End Reporting Report Grocery Rescue Poundage's into Meal Connect by the 5th day of the month. Utah Food Bank Report - Enter number of individuals served by the 10th of each month. Warehouse Safety Ensure safety procedures are followed in the food bank warehouse for all staff and volunteers. Hold daily stand up meetings to ensure staff and volunteers know their daily responsibilities.
