RESPONSIBILITIES The LNG Plant Control Systems Technician / Sr LNG Plant Control System Technician (DCS) reports directly to the DCS Supervisor and is a member of a multi-disciplined crew responsible for the SAFE Operation and Maintenance of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import /export and re-gasification terminal including LNG process systems infrastructure controls, emergency response, electrical and emergency power generation, turbines, auxiliary control support systems, PLC, and Distributed Control System (DCS).
Dedication sensitivity to safety issues and compliance with policies and procedures is essential for the safe reliable and efficient operation of the terminal. The LNG Plant Control Systems Technician / Sr LNG Plant Control System Technician (DCS) specific job responsibilities include the following:
The successful candidate must be willing to work in an industrial environment, including time spent performing DCS technician engineering room and field work including the inspection, testing, service, repair, configuration, calibration, and installation of automated control systems, Human Machine Interface (HMI) consoles, network hardware, and related components that would be found in industrial facilities such as a power station, chemical plant, manufacturing facility, petrochemical NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing or hydrocarbon facility.
Work on complex and detailed control systems, troubleshoots and repairs control and network systems, and replaces component parts as required.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This Customer Business Manager II will be responsible for the achievement of strategic account OGSM's including delivering the sales volume objective, promotional execution, account level distribution targets, retail price management, and execution of retail controllables. This Customer Business Manager II will have Direct selling responsibility of HEB and its banners including Joe V's for specific categories mentioned. This Customer Business Manager II will focus on achieving growth targets by setting goals, monitoring progress to all sales objectives, and maximizing customer intimacy through the Joint Business Planning model tier that HEB has designated for McCormick & Co.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Developing and delivering customer plans to achieve volume objectives and primary day-to-day selling interface at customer HQ
* Manage direct account sales of McCormick product offerings, policies and procedures, score-carding, annual planning reviews as well as determine pricing, forecast & distribution for existing brands and new products
* Sell-in of retail controllables with customer (mix, promotion, shelf, display) and manage deal negotiations
* Determine appropriate product mix and gain subsequent distribution
* P&L management of trade spend through pricing, promotion and digital platforms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field experience
* 6+ years Sales, Marketing, or related experience with a minimum of 4 years experience successfully managing direct customer base at a large regional/national retailer
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiating and influencing, teamwork and relationship, computer and analytical skills
* Advanced knowledge of procedures & concepts within the Sales function and basic knowledge in other areas, such as category management, supply chain, and P&L management
* Working knowledge of deal economics, customer-level P&L financials, business impacts, and interacting with brokerage support.
* Analytical mindset and in-depth understanding of Circana/Nielsen consumer insight driven business planning
* Expert understanding of CPG industry sector and competitive landscape
* Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills
* Strong computer and analytical skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge of McCormick products, mix & impact to profit, and awareness of store conditions and current & best practices within area
* Experience with Tableau/Power BI for customer level P&L reporting

Medical Surgical Nurse
Clinton, MD
Title: RN MedSurg/Tele
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x12 Day Shift (12 hrs)
Schedule:48 hours
Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $58-$60
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only
NIHSS (Stroke Certification) - required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - preferred
Valid Compact RN License or Maryland (MD) RN License
Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Tele RN experience
Charge nurse experience required
Cerner EMR - required
Must live outside 60-mile local radius for travel rate eligibility
First-time travelers accepted
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit.
Monitor, interpret, and manage cardiac rhythms and recognize dysrhythmias.
Administer medications, including blood products, insulin, and heparin safely.
Perform IV starts, PICC line management, and phlebotomy.
Manage feeding tubes, colostomies, and wound care/Wound Vac systems.
Assist with pre- and post-hemodialysis care and manage patients with renal failure.
Participate in rapid response/code team activities and ensure timely interventions.
Accurately document care and assessments in Cerner EMR (Cerner experience required).
Maintain infection control and isolation precautions at all times.
Float to equivalent or lower-acuity units as required.
Function as a Charge Nurse when assigned; coordinate team workflow and patient assignments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT, RT, Pharmacy, Social Services, and IV teams.
Maintain safe patient ratios (1:5-6) and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Adhere to hospital and MedStar policies, including safety and patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
Comply with mandatory flu vaccination policy (no exemptions).
Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
