Recruits top talent including sourcing and interviewing for all positions, with a focus on nursing.
Pre-screens resumes and candidates for appropriate qualifications and cultural fit for open positions.
Ensures personnel requisitions are completed and posted in a timely manner.
Schedules interviews and phone screens working directly with internal and external candidates and hiring managers or external recruiting agencies. Oversees interview tools.
Identifies opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Refers best-qualified applicant to department for selection. Coordinates interviews with Directors and maintains contact with applicant regarding the interview process.
Partners with other HR team members for planning recruitment activities.
Drafts offer letters and make candidate offers, ensuring adherence to wage and salary guidelines.
Manages requisitions, updates candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system.
Attends recruitment fairs and facilitates relationships with universities and nursing programs throughout the area.
Schedules new employees for hospital orientation. Ensures proper communication to department leaders regarding orientation and onboarding. Assists with the coordination of hospital orientation.
Manages the process for job and status changes, keeping position control records updated.
Answers routine questions regarding hospital and departmental operations, policies and procedures, benefits and job openings. Refers questions to Human Resources Director when necessary.

Under general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Facilities is responsible for supervision and coordination of personnel and functions for the daily activities engaged in the operation and maintenance of the hospital physical plant facilities and equipment, Emergency Management, Security and Bio-Med. This position will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, inspecting and managing all construction activities within the campus. Serves as the Facilities Safety Officer, leads the Environment of Care Committee, Safety and Security Committee and Emergency Preparedness Committee.

Ensures integration of the department(s) into the primary functions of the organization. The Social Worker intervenes with patients who have complex psychosocial needs, require assistance with eligibility determination for social programs and funding sources and qualify for community assistance from a variety of special funds and agencies.
