Plan, organize, conduct, implement, attend, participate in and evaluate such activities, events and recreation programs as: the City's annual Heritage Days Celebration, Senior Citizens Programs, Meet the Mayor program, Halloween Walk, Easter Egg Hop, Turkey Bowl, 5K's, Blitzen Bash, Working Wheels and adult and youth sports and classes including, but not limited to summer programs. Monitor and supervise the operation and activities of such programs and activities as: adult and youth: basketball, softball, kickball, football, baseball and soccer; summer programs; special events and other programs as assigned, to assure quality.
