Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the MEDITECH Expanse Lab/LIS system.
+ Experience successfully building MEDITECH Expanse LIS and experience must include blood bank, microbiology, and pathology.
+ Experience training LIS resources.
+ Must have an in depth experience training on Microbiology.
+ Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the MEDITECH Lab solutions to client audiences.
+ Must be able to provide best practices and lessons learned from other facilities.
+ Willingness to travel onsite 50% of the time.

The Role
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing all functions and deliverables associated with processing payroll and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation for Canada and applicable provinces. The role will be based in Chicago, reporting to the Americas Senior Payroll Manager. This is a hands-on role that requires proactive analytical capabilities, an in-depth knowledge of payroll and benefits and a mindset focused on process improvement and efficiencies. Job Responsibilities
Serve as the Canada payroll subject matter expert and lead.
Lead, manage, develop and mentor a Payroll Specialist.
Supervise the preparation and submission of semi-monthly payrolls including reviewing and approving payroll reconciliations in-line with procedures, policies, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls.
Review monthly payrolls for certain non-Canadian jurisdictions (United Kingdom, Germany and Spain) associated with our credit ratings business, including preparation of payroll related journal entries (i.e. vacation accruals, P11D, etc.).
Assess and resolve escalated payroll issues and discrepancies.
Maintain payroll processes, procedures and controls ensuring up to date as business/processes evolve.
Lead and review the year end payroll calculations, reconciliations, filings, (T4's, T4A's, Releve1, T2200, EHT, CNESST, Alberta Worker Comp, Worksafe BC, etc.) to ensure issued in accordance with CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and other regulatory requirements, including other jurisdictions (i.e. United Kingdom [P60's, P11D's], Germany and Spain).
Own and maintain payroll SOX compliance, design of internal controls and process maps.
Perform quarterly ADP WFN user access reviews.
Lead and manage any payroll audits that may arise because of regulatory, internal, and external audits.
Stay current on the latest regulatory changes with respect to payroll and benefits to ensure payroll policy adherence and compliance per province.
Ensure an environment of continuous improvement is maintained to sustain maximum efficiency by researching, recommending, and implementing new or enhanced policies, procedures and processes to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Experience with Ontario payroll a must and Quebec payroll knowledge an advantage.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. CMA/CGA/CA/CPA designation preferred.
5+ years of progressive Canada payroll experience in a management role, including supervision of one or more direct reports

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Job Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Configuration and Development: Configure ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and interfaces to meet the organization's ITSM, HRSD, HAM and/or SAM requirements.
Strong knowledge and experience across ServiceNow product and process areas; HRSD, Hardware Asset Management, and ITSM preferred.
Service Catalog Development: Create and maintain a user-friendly Service Catalog, including service offerings, request workflows, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate across the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions
Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications. Manage data migration tasks when required.
Reporting and Dashboards: Develop custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into IT/HR service performance and key metrics. Experience with Performance Analytics a plus.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.
Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements and provides recommendations for improvements to optimize ServiceNow solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy. Lead and drive for test automation.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and developments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with ITSM, HRSD and/or ITAM modules.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for IT Service Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ITSM, HRSD and/or ITAM solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

* Prepare/update spreadsheets on rated entities including historical information and financial projections.
* Search and aggregate market data to be used in the credit analysis.
* Track key economic and industry indicators and various asset class metrics.
* Review third-party reports including appraisals, property condition reports, environmental reports, and other industry specific reports.
* Contribute text and analysis for rating reports, press release, commentaries, presentations and industry reports under supervision of lead analysts.
* Assist with the preparation of rating committee materials and participate in Rating Committee meetings with guidance from the lead analysts.
* Assist with the publishing workflow, including regulatory disclosures.
* Develop a solid understanding of real estate asset classes covered.
* Develop client-communication skills through interacting with issuers, investors, and intermediaries.

Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, finance or other relevant discipline is preferred.
* Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of financial statements.
