1995: Huron Regional Medical Center expands north from the addition which includes rehabilitation services, business office, admitting and adds a second and third floor to include the main patient, OB and intensive care units.
The Cleveland Clinic purchased the Meridia network in 1997, and the hospital became known as Huron Hospital.
2003: Huron Regional Medical Center expands the size of the emergency room and outpatient treatment services and imaging center.

2008: Huron Regional Medical Center expands the third floor of the hospital to include 10 maternity suites.
In 2011, the Cleveland Clinic announced it was closing Huron Hospital within 90 days.
2014: Huron Regional Medical Center opens the HRMC Physicians Clinic, which can house up to 10 physicians.
2021: Huron Regional Medical Center purchases ProPT, merging with the current hospital rehab department and forming HRMC ProRehab.
2022: The HRMC Physicians Clinic's second story is complete, adding twice the room with an additional 23,000 square feet for additional providers as well as Women's Wellness Center Ob/Gyn Clinic and Tschetter & Hohm Clinic providers and patients to merge.
