Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Service all scales and peripheral equipment (testing, calibration, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of KSS (Kanawha Scales and Systems) supplied equipment, supply all required project related documentation, support all company equipment and facilities in a professional, responsible manner.
Candidate will be expected to stay current on all technologies related to KSS Systems, including PLC/HMI systems, Loadouts, analyzers, KSS Custom Software, Windows Operating Systems
Be able to travel internationally and domestically, with extended stays
Work irregular hours
Be in a callout rotation

Requirements:
Qualification and Education Requirements
:
Associates Degree/Trade School or 5 years equivalent work experience in technical field
Proven ability to setup and support Windows based systems
Basic networking with ethernet (TCP/IP configuration, default gateway, subnet mask) and hardware troubleshooting
Customer Service experience via phone, in person and using remote connection software
Clean driving record
Pass drug test
Submit to background check
Other desired skills:
PC hardware troubleshooting to include network connections, serial port communications, boot/start up issues
Networking tasks such as Static and DHCP IP configuration, configuration of serial to ethernet devices and cable testing
Windows (Server and Workstation) and program configuration to include user setup and management
Good organizational and documentation skills
Good communications skills
Electronic and Electrical Knowledge/Troubleshooting - experience working with low voltage, basic circuits, and connections
Hydraulics - line connection, accumulator maintenance, cylinder maintenance
Database setup and maintenance (SQL Server)
