Manage quality control programs.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including manpower usage, change orders, follow-up, and adherence to goals using company forms.
Coordinate with safety director to achieve company goal of zero lost time accidents.
Track rough-in installation times for bidding purposes.
Build project schedules, 2-week outlook and entire job.
Manage and complete closeout documents, O&M manuals and
Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
Create DCR's/THA's for foreman on projects
Revit BIM Modeling assistance.
