Crisis Stabilization Services at Horizons Mental Health Center (HMHC) offer 24/7, short-term services, to adult and youth experiencing a mental health crisis with the mission to reduce inpatient hospitalization admissions, reducing the amount of time with law enforcement, and engaging individuals with outpatient treatment to support their needs. Provides intensive, goal directed services to support individuals who are in a mental health crisis which require crisis stabilization services.
