**THE BIM TEAM**
Our Building Information Modeling (BIM) team maximizes pre-construction efforts by visually defining a project prior to construction so that conflicts are identified early, and adjustments are made with minimal impact. From field sketches to BIM, installation drawings and as-builts, we get the job done right and provide the highest-level of BIM documentation each project needs.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
BIM Operator 1 works on complex electrical construction projects, developing 3D models and 2D installation drawings using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu. This position collaborates with the constructability design team to ensure model accuracy, constructability validation, and compliance with installation and documentation standards. Reports to BIM Coordinator.
+ Develops comprehensive 3D models from redlines and construction documents
+ Creates and maintains 2D installation drawings from 3D models
+ Performs model population including conduits, trays, equipment, fixtures, and supports
+ Manages documentation through printing, review, and publishing processes
+ Maintains project setup and folder structures per CEI standards
+ Executes quality control on models and drawings
+ Uses BIM 360 interface for file management and issue tracking
+ Performs clash detection and coordination reviews
+ Communicates within the team regarding deliverables and technical needs

Position Summary:
Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities:
Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor, i.e., bad pallets, recyclables, etc.
Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays where possible upon put away and properly scan in RF device
Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists at the beginning of the shift for powered industrial vehicles, notifying the team leader/supervisor of any equipment problems immediately, wearing all required PPE, participating in 6S events, and maintaining good housekeeping and execution of standard work
Report any scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to the team leader/supervisor immediately
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers by willingness to take on additional responsibility and/or support as assigned
Knowledge and Experience:
One to four (1-4) years of experience in a warehouse setting
Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written
Forkliftoperator authorization required and demonstrated ability in safe equipment operation, including elevated locations (heights)
Must be able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations
Demonstrated ability in proper freight handling. Working knowledge of all hazardous shipping rules and regulations
Willingness to work and to follow instructions
Reading ability sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation
Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.
Willingness to partner, collaborate with teammates, and take on additional duties and projects as needed
Skills in operating a forklift, reach truck, and order picker are preferred, but not required (applicant will be required to complete the company powered industrial truck certification training and operate an order picker within first 3 months)

Minimum of 18 years old
Basic Math skills (basic counting skills required)
Ability to read and maintain proper documentation as required.
Meet requirements of all state and federal explosive laws and qualify as an ATF explosive processor.
Must be able to work in various conditions (hot/cold and wet floors)
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Availability to work various shifts as required by business demands.
Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
Must be able to work in loud work environment; hearing protection required in some areas (range of 50 - 90 decibels)
Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis.
