About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.

**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ 5 years of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) experience
+ A Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma and appropriate years of relevant experience (depending on labor category; LCAT)

+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust
+ Must be a United States Citizen

Why Your Role Matters
We are hiring Afterschool Counselors for the 2026 school year! This is a part-time position with weekday afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM at elementary schools in the Austin, Manor, and Kyle/Buda area. Enjoy weekends off and a free YMCA membership!
As an Afterschool Counselor, you'll create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children ages 4-12. You'll lead activities that foster social-emotional growth, support academic success, and make afternoons fun and enriching. Most importantly, you'll help students feel seen, supported, and excited to learn and grow.
How You Make an Impact
Lead a variety of activities including games, arts and crafts, STEM projects, and outdoor play to support a well-rounded afterschool experience.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by following Texas Childcare licensing standards and YMCA policies.
Supervise a group of up to 17 children, guiding positive behavior and building strong relationships.
Support students with school assignments and provide opportunities for social and emotional learning.
Follow curriculum and lesson plans that promote creativity, learning, and exploration.
Serve and supervise snack time while following all sanitation and health guidelines.
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Demonstrate YMCA values in all interactions and help create a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Be an ambassador of the YMCA's mission, vision, and impact in the community.
Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure the success of the program.
What You Bring to the Y
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM.
Experience in childhood development or working with children is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to lead with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
