Assist in the review of completed jobs to refine future estimates and improve accuracy based on lessons learned. Prepare HVAC job estimates and quotations using AutoBid SheetMetal (formerly Quickpen) software to streamline the bidding process. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review project specifications and ensure alignment with overall project goals. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to develop precise and comprehensive cost estimates. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and clarify requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, material pricing, and market conditions to provide competitive and value-driven estimates. Perform sales and purchasing responsibilities as directed, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors. Network with new potential customers to generate bid opportunities and expand the company's client base. Perform other related duties as assigned.
