* Lead analyses and solution development for airfield facility planning and management for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and allies.
* Perform complex activities related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.
* Prepare or review facilities estimates and site proposals for client review as to cost and feasibility.
* Advise U.S. DoD and allied customers in developing airfield plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio, facility, or individual space requirements.

You Have:
* 5+ years of experience managing and monitoring military facility architecture and engineering projects
* 3+ years of experience with aircraft operational facilities and flightline infrastructure
* Experience in analyzing, reviewing, and generating clear and concise technical documentation and briefings
* Knowledge of DoD civil engineering policies, practices, and facilities and infrastructure procedures
* Knowledge of program management, planning, and budgeting, and financial control principles

The engineer in this role will join a multidisciplinary R&D team dedicated to researching, optimizing, and deploying high-performance machine learning models on target hardware for intelligence, defense, and biomedical applications. Role accountabilities:

Additional duties include:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a closely related field of study

Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain license within 12 months.
Key Skills and Attributes:

This position will be working in the field of mechanical engineering on water resource projects including power, water, wastewater and light industrial type projects.
