Seeking an installer that can install equipment into law enforcement, public works and construction vehicles - A background in car audio, mobile radios, automotive lighting, automotive electronics or automotive work is desired.
The installation tech will assist with the installation of lights, sirens, cages, bumpers, K9 units, gun racks, in car video systems, radars, computer docking stations and modems as well as other wireless communications systems in vehicles at our local upfitting shop in Salem. This is typically an M-F 8 to 5 job. Some Overtime and travel may be required but minimal. Successful candidates will be motivated to learn new products, have good attendance and a desire for a full-time career with a great company. This person will need to be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Respond and assist as needed in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, natural disasters, training, etc., outside of assigned region.
Complete all administrative requirements of the position in a timely and accurate manner. Use lap top and/or hand held computer to log in calls, time, and nature of repair at each designated site. Enter ongoing data into lap top/hand held computer regarding location and repairs anticipated, completed, ongoing, parts purchase and time arrived, on-site, and completed.
Inspect, maintain, and perform daily maintenance on company van to assure proper running condition to respond to calls quickly with minimum interruption 24/7.
Alert Senior Service Tech of any service repairs needing assistance, technically, mechanically, and physically. Use house or cell phones to communicate with Senior Service Tech as needed.
Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE's Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and always represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of teamwork and performance.

Priority One Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to add an experienced HVAC Technical Field Leader with a deep understanding of HVAC systems and a hands-on approach to leadership. This full-time position earns a competitive wage starting at $80,000 plus a year (depending on experience).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide advanced technical support for residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductless, and package systems)
Troubleshoot and resolve complex service and installation challenges in the field
Perform field inspections to ensure quality
Train technicians in the field and in our fully functioning in-house training center on technical abilities and Priority One procedures
Run over flow service and/or maintenance calls
Serve as the lead technical resource for field technicians, coach and train techs in best practices, and diagnostics
Review work orders, diagnose repeat issues, and implement performance improvements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential/light commercial)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across various HVAC systems and controls
Proven track record of technical leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Leadership skills
Reliable attendance
Familiarity with state/local HVAC codes
Comfortable working with digital tools (iPads, diagnostic apps)
Drug free
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
